Ross is a co-founder, co-owner and Director of Enable Fitness Centre. He has over 10 years experience as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, having previously practiced as the Principal Exercise Physiologist for the South Australian Spinal Cord Injury Service (SASCIS), and at the Centre for Physical Activity in Ageing (CPAA). He has treated a range of conditions and been involved in research projects in stroke and spinal cord injury. He is regularly invited to speak at professional events on topics focussed on rehabilitation pathways, sports and wellbeing physical wellbeing for wheelchair users.

Tim has over 12 years experience as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, working across private practice, community health and research, including completing a PhD in sports injury. His previous role was as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow investigating quality in aged care as well as precision health interventions for people with chronic conditions. He has an interest in a range of areas, including musculoskeletal health, neurological conditions and cardiometabolic considerations. Tim is responsible for overseeing Enable's professional development, research and student programs.

Emma graduated from her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in England 15 years ago. She has extensive experience working with a variety of conditions in the areas of musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, amputation, chronic pain, and burns and plastics in the UK. Emma has worked in the across the spectrum, from the acute hospital setting to rehabilitation.

She has experience working in both private practice and community settings with clients ranging from early teens to older adults. Meg is passionate about helping her clients to achieve their goals through a combination of strategies including health education, exercise prescription and pain management.

Nicole has been a Dietitian for 13 years and has experience in many areas of nutrition. She has worked in the community, hospitals, home care and private practice. NIcole has also worked in the UK and presented research at Australian national conferences. Nicole is passionate about helping others achieve their health goals, and enjoys learning about the latest food news and research. Her favourite food is icecream.

Zoe has over 10 year's experience working in government relations, politics and communications. Before joining Enable, Zoe was a policy adviser to a Government Minister in the Human Services portfolio, focusing on disability, housing, women, and communities. She has tertiary qualifications in journalism and international relations, and a keen interest in finance.

Kate has many years’ experience working in management, consulting and HR advisory roles in national organisations and global corporates. She has a background in organisational development, process improvement and mentoring, community services work, pastoral care and forensic mental health therapy within acute environments.
