Ross Gray

Clinical Services Manager

Senior Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Ross is the co-founder/owner of Enable Fitness Centre. He has 15 years experience as an exercise physiologist, and previously practiced as the Principal Exercise Physiologist at the South Australian Spinal Cord Injury Service (Hampstead Rehab), as well as the Centre for Physical Activity in Ageing. Ross is recognised as a leader in the disability exercise sector, often speaking at industry events including the ANZ Spinal Cord Society National Conference and UniSA advisory boards and student panels. He was recognised as a 2024 finalist in the InDaily 40 Under 40 Awards for his commitment to the disability industry, and vision in establishing Enable. Ross is passionate about maximising the potential of people with disabilities, as well as supporting the next generation of skilled therapists. 

At Enable, Ross leads the delivery and development of clinical services, providing support to our multidisciplanry team.

Cody Kumnick

Senior Accredited Exercise Physiologist


Cody is recognised as an experienced clinician within the Enable EP team, having practiced at Enable for over five years, and with additional experience in the hospital system at the SA Spinal Cord Injury Service (Repat Hospital) and in the new rehab facilities at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital working with orthopaedic, amputee and burns patients. Through this work, Cody has developed extensive knowledge and skills in the delivery of clinical exercise therapy across a variety of clinical populations, with a specific interest in neurological conditions and pain management. 

At Enable, Cody is also responsible for providing clinical support to our large team of exercise physiologists, sharing his knowledge, skills and experience to ensure high quality services across our team.

Eliza has experience treating a range of ages, from teenagers to older adults, and a range of conditions, including neurological, intellectual, and musculoskeletal. She plays high level hockey, and is on the leadership team of her club.

With experience working in both private and public health settings, Bryce is highly passionate about assisting clients living with a wide range of conditions. He has a keen interest in applying physiology principles to help clients manage stress and work towards their goals.

Hannah is an experienced EP, as one of Enable's longest serving clinicians. She completed her university honours project focused on mental health and exercise. During her placements, she gained experience treating a variety of conditions and ages and developed a keen interest in disability.

With previous experience in private practice and aged care settings, Sam has developed clinical skills and a passion for assisting people to live healthier lives. He has since developed a special interest in musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

Todd has worked in university and multiple private practice clinics, each focused on difference clinical populations and funding schemes. This broad experience has provided Todd the opportunity to establish a solid foundation for his clinical skills.

Jason has a passion for exercise and nutrition, with degrees in Clinical Exercise Physiology and Human Movement (Nutrition). He has over 10 years work experience with many organisations including PAFC, MDSA, AIM, AIME, LASA, ACFC, HOSA, and a number of schools.

Nick enjoys working with a range of clinical populations and has developed a keen interest in disability. He has experience prescribing/delivering gym and aquatic based exercise therapy to assist his clients to optimise independence, mobility and quality of life.

With experience working in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services within Modbury Hospital, Hannah has developed a particular interest in supporting people with neurological conditions to improve their function and overall wellbeing.

Ashlee has experience in private settings working alongside youth to older adults presenting with a variety of conditions. She is also a passionate mental health advocate and completed her Honours Project on youth mental health and exercise.

Bao has worked in the health and fitness industry for almost a decade. During his time working with a variety of clients, he has developed a strong interest in health education, mental health, and pain management.

Madee is a recent graduate of Clinical Exercise Physiology, gaining experience with various conditions and developing an interest in disability through her clinical placements. She has worked as a dance teacher and fitness instructor throughout her studies.

Chelsea combines her athletic experience in competitive softball, strength and conditioning coaching, and injury prevention, with knowledge in rehabilitation and exercise science gained through a Masters degree. She enjoys helping clients to from enhancing daily functional movement through to returning to sport.

Throughout his university studies, Nathan worked as an allied health assistant and a support worker. This experience lead him to develop a passion for working in disability support and assisting people to enhance their quality of life.

With experience working with a range of clinical populations during her time at University, Carly has found a particular interest in supporting people with disabilities. Her honours research focused on stroke rehabilitation, specifically exploring the critical role of exercise in recovery.

Michael completed his graduate entry Masters in Physiotherapy program after practising for five years as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Michael uses his unique skillset as one of the only dual-accredited therapists in SA to achieve the best results for his clients, as well as supporting the Enable multidisciplinary team to consider holistic approaches to physical therapy.

Mick has been practicing as a physiotherapist since 2018 in private practice and is experienced in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. He has a special interest in the management of persistent pain and continues to work in the Flinders Pain Unit delivering pain intervention services. Mick aims to help his clients find joy with movement again through engaging with active therapy.

Through her experience as an allied health assistant at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and through various placements, she has developed a particular interest in supporting people with various disabilities and neurological conditions.

She has previously worked as a personal trainer as well as a paediatric allied health assistant where she developed an interest in working with children. Aleesha holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science, and a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics. Through placements and work in private practice, she has experience working with diverse clinical populations. She has a particular interest in chronic disease management and sports nutrition. Aleesha is dedicated to empowering her clients through education and collaborating with clients to develop sustainable strategies to help achieve their individual nutritional goals.

She has over 15 year's experience working in government relations, politics and communications, including as a policy adviser to a Government Human Services Minister, focusing on disability, housing, women, and communities. She has bachelor degrees in journalism and international relations, and a keen interest in business.

Kate has many years’ experience working in management, consulting and HR advisory roles in national organisations and global corporations. She has a background in organisational development, process improvement and mentoring, community services work, pastoral care and forensic mental health therapy within acute environments.

Karen has a Bachelor of Commerce and over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. She has worked in a variety of sectors including aged care, engineering, oil and gas services and most recently worked for a disability support provider.

Receptionist/Client Relations Coordinator

Lisa has experience in customer service, administration and rostering. Prior to joining Enable, she worked for a disability and aged care provider rostering supports for clients and their support workers, and in a previous role for a workcover provider, helped workers return to work safely and efficiently.
