Step 1
Visit your GP to discuss your needs and goals.
Step 2
Subject to your GP’s assessment, you may receive a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan. With this Plan, you may be able to access up to 5 allied health sessions with a Medicare rebate, if the services are consistent with the plan.
Step 3
Submit your intake form. Our friendly client relations team will contact you to book your sessions with our clinical team, and you'll pay no gap!
