Parkinson's Group Exercise Classes

Enable's Parkinson’s Group Exercise Sessions are delivered by our exercise physiology and physiotherapy teams.

Differentiated from our regular group exercise services, our Parkinson’s sessions specifically target the progressive changes associated with Parkinson’s, focusing on maintaining overall physical function and independence.

Through structured group and circuit-based formats, sessions use exercises targeted at improving balance, coordination, strength and fitness, and also incorporate education and peer support.

Sessions are capped at six participants to ensure a high level of clinician supervision and individual support. Participants can access the group using a range of funding options, including NDIS, aged care and private health.
